What a Creep Season 3, Episode 9: Bikram Choudhury

Bikram Choudhury created Bikram yoga in the 1970s and the Calcutta-born yogi has experienced tremendous success for decades as an innovator and guru. He is also a total sleaze who lies about his accomplishments (training Richard Nixon? World Champion in the 1960s?) Oh, and he abuses and harasses women who think of him as a father figure. (What a creep, no?)

Find out his story here and then we’ll talk about yoga non-profits that are NOT creepy at all.

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 7: Steven Seagal

Steven Seagal is creepy on so many levels that we had to weed some things out due to time constraints. Here we give you the 411 on why the first non-Asian person to own a dojo in Japan (sure, Jan), actor, musician, and the supposedly certified peace officer is not only an embellisher of his accomplishments but also a total letch to women. (And man is he sense of humor-deprived!)

Really, he is super gross. Plus, Margo shares her own Seagal story!

Then we get rid of the ickiness of Seagal and talk about an actor and philanthropist who was not a creep and we should all emulate!

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 6: Bill Clinton

President Bill Clinton was attorney general of Arkansas (1977–1979), governor of Arkansas (from 1979–1981 and 1983–1992), and president of the United States from 1993 to 2001. And, over the past few decades, a number of women have publicly accused him of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and rape.

It’s time to admit that we didn’t do right by these women that came forward in the ‘90s. In a Vox article by Matthew Yglesias he wrote, “We can’t change the past, but we should be clear about it.”

  • Rosanne Barr
  • Louis CK
  • Yuk Yuks in Toronto owner Mark Breslin

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 5: Jian Ghomeshi

Jian Ghomeshi was once a superstar in Canada. He was in a popular band in the 90s that was nominated for Juno Awards and then as a CBC TV & Radio presenter. His talk show “Q with Jian Ghomeshi” was a huge hit across Canada airing twice per day with a popular YouTube channel and it aired on over 170 public radio stations at its peak between 2007-2014.

Then he was accused of sexual assault and battery losing his big gig and being a precursor to the string of men who would be indicted in the #MeToo movement that began in 2017. He tried to reshape his narrative with a factually challenged essay in 2018 which served to show he really hadn’t learned any lessons at all.

Then we talk about a Bay Area broadcaster who ISN”T a Creep!

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 4: Scott Adams

“Dilbert” is a comic strip about office drone Dilbert and his dog Dogbert. It’s about office culture, micromanaging bosses and annoying coworkers, and it’s syndicated in more than 2,000 newspapers and is being read in 57 countries, and in 19 languages. It’s created by Scott Adams. You’d think that the creator of Dilbert would be on the side of workers. Unfortunately, Scott Adams is just another rich jerk who doesn’t want to pay his fair share in taxes. Oh, he’s also a big believer in the men’s rights movement.

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 3: Matt Lauer

Welcome back to What a Creep! Today we have a newsy Creep who finally lost his job after 20 years of inappropriate behavior (to say the least!) and was shielded by a corporate culture that took care of their big star and made several women sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to hide his actions and provide him cover.

Matt Lauer is gross, y’all and he was basically hiding in plain sight. (Margo presents this week and she basically needed a “Silkwood Shower” when she was done!)

Then, Margo & Sonia talk about a morning show anchor who is definitely NOT a Creep.

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 2: Louis CK

Louis CK is a funny guy. He has won a Peabody Award and a Grammy for Best Comedy Album twice. He has won six Emmy Awards. He sold out Madison Square Garden 8 times. And he was considered one of the funniest, smartest comedians working. He’s also a total creep, who has admitted to multiple counts of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment, including exposing himself and masturbating in front of female colleagues.

What a Creep Season 3, Episode 1: Errol Flynn

Welcome to the third season of What a Creep talking about old school Hollywood star Errol Flynn and his awful, creepy ways. He was an animal-abusing, lying, thieving, womanizing child rapist who somehow is still beloved by classic movie fans. (It must be the way he held a sword?)

Then, Margo & Sonia talk about a screen legend who was definitely NOT a Creep.
